


Easiest-ever Peppermint Crisp Tart
Ingredients
- 1 can caramel
- 250ml Orley Whip (or whipping cream if preferred)
- 3 x 39g Peppermint crisp bars, grated
- 1 packet Tennis Biscuits
Method
- Beat caramel until smooth. Beat Orley whip until stiff, and stir in caramel.
2. Add half of the grated chocolate and mix well.
3. Lightly grease a rectangular 20 cm dish.
4. Create a base of tennis biscuits and spoon over ⅓ of the mixture.
5. Repeat layers until complete, ending with caramel mixture.
6. Grate the remaining chocolate over the top.
7. Place in the refrigerator to set; preferably overnight.
