Easiest-ever Peppermint Crisp Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 can caramel
  • 250ml Orley Whip (or whipping cream if preferred)
  • 3 x 39g Peppermint crisp bars, grated
  • 1 packet Tennis Biscuits

Method

  1. Beat caramel until smooth. Beat Orley whip until stiff, and stir in caramel.
    2. Add half of the grated chocolate and mix well.
    3. Lightly grease a rectangular 20 cm dish.
    4. Create a base of tennis biscuits and spoon over ⅓ of the mixture.
    5. Repeat layers until complete, ending with caramel mixture.
    6. Grate the remaining chocolate over the top.
    7. Place in the refrigerator to set; preferably overnight.
