The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Jam & Daisies. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves.
3. Products
We endeavor to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
4. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. All items are subject to availability.
5. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.We accept payments via major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at info@jamanddaisies.com for assistance.
While exceptional care is taken when packaging your home linens and paper studio items; Jam & Daisies cannot be held liable for any products lost or damaged during transit.
If you have a concern about the condition of your order upon arrival, kindly inform us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return the items. We will gladly assist to ensure a smooth return/exchange process.
To be eligible for returns/exchanges, the product must be in its original condition; clean, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with labels attached. Please confirm accordingly.
Kindly note that a small admin fee of R150 applies to facilitate returns, refunds and exchanges.
How to proceed: Email us at info@jamanddaisies.com. Include your name, order number, item description, and reason for return. Specify if you’d like a replacement or alternative product.
For your convenience, we are able to arrange the collection of the item to be returned. However all shipping costs,including those relating to returns /exchanges, remain the responsibility of the customer.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Jam & Daisies or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

Jam & Daisies will not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special loss or damage, loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
