Luxurious scones

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 750ml Cake flour
  • 25 ml Baking powder
  • 2,5 ml Salt
  • 15ml sugar

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 250ml Cream
  • 250ml Buttermilk

Method

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix wet ingredients well.
  3. Add wet to dry ingredients and gently combine together.
  4. Flatten dough on a floured surface.
  5. Press out 15-20 rounds, depending on preferred size.
  6. Grease a baking tray with non-stick cooking spray.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes.
