Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 750ml Cake flour
- 25 ml Baking powder
- 2,5 ml Salt
- 15ml sugar
Wet Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 250ml Cream
- 250ml Buttermilk
Method
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Mix wet ingredients well.
- Add wet to dry ingredients and gently combine together.
- Flatten dough on a floured surface.
- Press out 15-20 rounds, depending on preferred size.
- Grease a baking tray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes.
