
Quick & Easy No-bake Chocolate and Biscuit Squares
Ingredients

200g (1 packet) Marie Biscuits

250g Butter

500g icing sugar, sifted

30g/75ml cocoa, sifted

1 free-range egg
Method
- Crush biscuits with a rolling pin until fine.
- Using a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the icing sugar and cocoa; and stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Add in the egg and beat quickly.
- Remove the saucepan from the stove and mix in the crushed biscuit pieces.
- Place mixture into a rectangular dish (about 27cm x 16cm) and press to level out evenly.
- Allow to cool in the fridge. When the mixture is set; cut into squares. Keep refrigerated.
